We are pleased to present our exquisite 5-Course Dinner N°65 on 25th october at 18:30 and 20:00 . Our guests who arrive at 18:30 are of course welcome to stay and linger past 20:00.

Whole baked kohlrabi with crispy macadamia, braised oyster mushrooms and fruity apple


Course II
Peppers · cauliflower · young leek · mountain cheese

Braised peppers with creamy cauliflower, fresh young leek and mountain cheese foam

Potato · pointed cabbage · mustard seed · carrot

Fluffy potato with caramelized pointed cabbage, pickled mustard seeds and crispy carrot

Celery · apple · walnut · lemon

Iced celery with creamy apple, caramelized walnut and fresh lemon

Creamy sour cherry with baked dark chocolate, creamy curd cheese and smoked almond

As our seating is limited, we appreciate early reservations. You can reserve easily via opentable or alternatively by email at wuest@pittlerwerke.org with the number of guests, names, and phone numbers. Please don't forget to mention in advance if you would like the vegetarian main course or the alternative with meat. Please be at Wuest 15 minutes before 18:30 or 20:00.


Reservation Terms & Conditions: We are a small restaurant and purchase products freshly according to the number of guests each evening. Therefore, reservations are binding, and we ask you to cancel the table no later than 24 hours in advance. For no-shows or late cancellations, we will issue a bill for 50€ per person. By sending the reservation, you accept these terms and conditions.
