From January 2025, we will be open for you from Thursday to Saturday. On Thursdays you can expect 3-course menu at WUEST, on Fridays and Saturdays we serve our 5-course menus. Head chef Frederic Steinhagen and Lin Grießbach create modern cuisine for you in an industrial setting. We emphasise local and seasonal ingredients and prepare everything with the utmost care and passion. In our menu you will find selected wines from En Gros & En Detail as well as delicious drinks, also non-alcoholic.

From 2025: Every Thursday and Saturday
From January 2025, we will be expanding our offer: until the end of March, you will have the opportunity to enjoy our delicious dinners three days a week. A fantastic 3-course menu awaits you every Thursday! In addition to our Friday, we offer another 5-course menu every Saturday at 6.30 pm. We look forward to ringing in the weekend with you in culinary style!

Changed price for 5-course-menu
In order to continue to offer you the highest quality and exceptional flavour experiences, we rely on the best origins for our meat products. To maintain this standard, we have decided to adjust the price of our 5-course menus with meat to €75. The meat-free option remains at €65. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to continuing to spoil you with outstanding quality and attention to detail in the future.
