Ready for our Saturday specials in December? On two Saturdays in December we will serve you a dinner in a class of its own. We look forward to welcoming you to our first Saturday dinner on 21 December 2024 at 18:30 .

Essence of red cabbage with fresh redcurrant, stuffed gyoza and crispy sesame seeds

Celery · Brussels sprouts · Apple · Plums
Braised celeriac with crispy Brussels sprouts, fresh apple and pickled plums
Alternative : braised wild duck

Course IV
Yoghurt · oats · orange · nougat
Iced yoghurt with fresh orange, crunchy oats and tart nougat

Peanut · salted caramel · banana · speculoos
Roasted peanut with braised banana, crispy speculoos and creamy salted caramel

You can pay cash or by card at our dinners. Please note that we can only accept tips in cash.

As our places are limited, we appreciate early reservations. You can easily make a reservation via opentable or alternatively by e-mail to wuest@pittlerwerke.org stating the number of guests, name and telephone number. Please don't forget to let us know in advance whether you would like a vegetarian main course or the meat alternative. Please be at the Wuest 15 minutes before 6.30 pm. Please note that Thursday dinners can only be organised with a minimum of 15 people.

Booking terms and conditions: We are a small restaurant and buy the products fresh according to the number of guests for each evening. Therefore, reservations are binding and we ask you to cancel your table at least 24 hours in advance. In case of no-show or later cancellation we will charge 50€ per person. By sending the reservation you accept these terms and conditions.
