We are pleased to present our exquisite 5-Course Dinner N°66 on 1st november at 18:30 and 20:00 . Our guests who arrive at 18:30 are of course welcome to stay and linger past 20:00.
Course I
Pea · vanilla · potato · pear
Marinated young peas with braised celery on airy vanilla and fresh pear.
Course II
Pumpkin · peanut · raz el hanout · yoghurt
Baked pumpkin with crunchy peanuts, fruity raz el hanout and fresh yoghurt.
Course III
Celery · malt · apple · radicchio
Whole braised celeriac with fruity apple, sweet malt and tangy radicchio.
Course IV
Pineapple · parsley · vanilla · caramelized butter
Pickled pineapple with fresh parsley, creamy vanilla and nut butter foam.
Course V
Peach · almond · raspberry · thyme
Creamy peach with fruity raspberry, baked almond and delicate thyme.

You can pay cash or by card at our dinners. Please note that we can only accept tips in cash.
As our seating is limited, we appreciate early reservations. You can reserve easily via opentable or alternatively by email at wuest@pittlerwerke.org with the number of guests, names, and phone numbers. Please don't forget to mention in advance if you would like the vegetarian main course or the alternative with meat. Please be at Wuest 15 minutes before 18:30.
Reservation Terms & Conditions: We are a small restaurant and purchase products freshly according to the number of guests each evening. Therefore, reservations are binding, and we ask you to cancel the table no later than 24 hours in advance. For no-shows or late cancellations, we will issue a bill for 50€ per person. By sending the reservation, you accept these terms and conditions.
